Shipping Information

Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver across South Africa.

Delivery to other countries is not available at this time.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Products are prepared in small, home-made batches, so availability may vary.

Shipping Times:

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days depending on location.

Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Packaging & Handling:

All GoodBoi products are packaged to maintain freshness and safety.

Products are shipped in insulated packaging when required, especially for perishable gravies.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please monitor your delivery and contact us if there are any issues.

Returns & Refunds

Please Note:

GoodBoi products are handmade and perishable, so we cannot accept returns once the product has left our premises.

Damaged or Spoiled Products:

If your product arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence to process a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds or replacements are granted at GoodBoi’s discretion based on proof of damage or spoilage.

Storage & Handling After Delivery

Refrigerate products at or below 4 °C immediately upon receipt.

Shelf life varies by product:

Gravies: up to 7–10 days refrigerated

Frozen portions: up to 3 months

Shake or stir products before serving; natural separation may occur.
