Shipping estimates are provided but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once goods have left our premises.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if products arrive damaged or spoiled during shipping. Evidence (photos) may be required.
Cancellations must be requested before the order is dispatched.
